William C. Fay
Mr. Fay is a partner at William Proetta Criminal Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fay spent his career as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Fay prosecuted countless cases from the initial investigation up to trial. His extensive experience has provided him with a distinct understanding of the Criminal Justice System in New Jersey. He is dedicated in his work to criminal defense, which includes matters in Federal Court (United States District Court), Burlington County Superior Court and surrounding areas including local Municipal Courts.
Some of the more common cases he handles include aggravated assault, armed robbery, burglary, drug distribution, drug possession, driving while intoxicated, shoplifting, eluding, carjacking and shoplifting.
