It is important that you keep track of your court date and show up early to check in as well as bring money for payment of fines. If you miss your court date or fail to pay a ticket, the court can issue a bench warrant for your arrest and suspend your driver’s license. The Nutley Municipal Court is located at the Public Safety Building at 228 Chestnut Street, in Nutley NJ 07110.
